Halloween Crafts!

Melissa took the girls to Michaels last weekend and they came home with a huge craft bucket of halloween finger puppets! I can't even express the life saver that this activity has been this week. She wants to make finger puppets day and night!! FUN!

anniversary celebration!

Jim and I went to the Book Cadillac hotel downtown for our 6 year wedding anniversary this past weekend. We had a great dinner and a nice 24 hour break from reality :) Thanks to Melissa for watching the girls for the weekend!!!

The Book Cadillac is the home of the Detroit Lions..they stay there the night before every home game. We saw quite a few members of the team eating dinner at the hotel's signature restaurant - Roast!

We made a last minute decision to get tickets for the game - awesome seats right on the 50 yard line purchased 3 hours before gametime - gotta love stubhub!

The Lions won their first game of the season!!!!!!!!
