The rest of the weekend

I was so lucky to spend time with Aunt Kath this weekend! She hasn't seen me since May so she was quite suprised to see that I run around and talk a lot!!

Stop smooshing my face!!
Going into Gramma Gurin's for the annual Day-after-thanksgiving brunch!

Thanksgiving Day

Well, Thanksgiving 08 is in the books. We went out to Rochester to Aunt Colleen and Uncle Mike's house to celebrate. It was the first time in a looong time that all the cousins were together! We did have a slight coughing problem which landed us in the after hours clinic but not before lots and lots of fun. The Lions got blown out, there was plenty of food and drink, we tore up the basement, and most of all..we all got to spend time together. We are very thankful for health and happiness!!

Whaaat? The score is 47 to whaaaat????
George makes such a great pillow..

We went for the casual look this year!
Look how cute Ellie is!!

MJ and Cole hanging out..

I absolutely LOVED all the toys that my lucky cousins have! Can't wait to go back :)

Thanksgiving Eve at Midge's

We went into Huntington Woods today to see everyone over at the Lusardi's house who are in town for Thanksgiving. David is getting sooooo big and we had a great time enjoying bagels, coffee (ok..diet coke), and catching up.

David eating his teething bagel..awww!

Ummm.. why didn't anyone ever tell me how good bagels with cream cheese are?!!!!

We will NOT smile  - nooooo way!

When you're not looking I will though!

They stuck us in this adorable boat together!!!
Hands up!!!!!!!!!

Getting braver

Each morning when I wake up, I point to my stuffed monkey from Costa Rica and yell "ooh ooh ah ah"!! I am certainly entering the monkey stage!!

Hmm..I'll pretend that I'm innocently riding on my scooter..

When they're not looking, I'll stand up!

Jumping up on the table is fun now too! I am very proud of myself these days!!

Welcome Molly!!!

A great friend of mine from high school and her husband welcomed their first child on Friday afternoon after a veeeeerrrrrry long 48-hour labor!! I went to meet Molly today and was so amazed, once again, at what a miracle all of our children are!!

Here is the beautiful new family!!!!!!!!!

I was so lucky that she stayed awake for my visit :)
almost....  :)
Congratulations! Can't wait for playdates and more playdates to come!

Ella's party at Build-a-Bear

This past weekend was Ella's party at Build-a-Bear workshop! I was the youngest member of the party and..needless to say..it was very hard to keep me focused on the activities at hand. We all got bears to pick out, stuff, put hearts in, bathe, and dress! Here are some pictures from the party...

Henry and Madeleine are getting soooo big..
Here I am distracting Ella.....

After we finished with the bears, the party moved out to the food court for cake and ice cream. I started misbehaving at this point and unfortunately..had to make an early exit. Well it was fun while it lasted!!!!

Decorating the playroom door

Mommy promised that we would get the Christmas decorations out next weekend but as a little treat, we decided to decorate the playroom doors with some gel santas, reindeer, and christmas trees. Well..this was about all I needed to do for the entire day! In fact, you will see what happened when we were finished..........

NOOOOOOO! I want to play with these all day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
