Another sisterly sunday!

Kaitlyn is really warming up to McKenna now! Check out these adorable pics of the 2 of them!

whhaaaat?! so cute!

Pumpkins and chairs!

This past weekend, we decorated the pumpkins for the porch. Beforehand, we had to wash them. Kaitlyn taught us all how because she has been working on pumpkin washing at school. During the decorating, we realized that there was some old cat hair visible on our chairs. Good thing Kaitlyn can help with the tape/roller brush. She cleaned it all up for us with pleasure!

She brings her step stool with her everywhere she goes these days!!

back to the pumpkins....

setting them up outside..

ummm..need a haircut? stay tuned; we're going in a few weeks for the first cut!!

The new playroom!!

While Kathy was here, she graciously offered to help me to finalize the playroom decorating. Trust me...we have needed this for a long time! It was non-functional and Kaitlyn would never go in there on her own. The end result is awesome!!! We all love it!! Its fun, busy, and inviting.

Check out the 2 "before pics"........

and...........after............

The icing on the cake? Kathy hand painted the toy box!!!

So cute! What a fun night it was :)

Autumn stroll

Here's Aunt Kathy taking a nice autumn stroll with McKenna!

Our new next door neighbor!

How exciting!?? We have a brand new neighbor and he is gonna be in for a real treat with 2 older girls next door :)

Proud mommy!

Sunday morning

This is how Kaitlyn and McKenna spent a portion of their Sunday morning.....

Our first family tailgate!

When I told people that we were planning on taking the girls up to East Lansing for the MSU tailgate this weekend, I got a lot of "wow...you are brave" and "good luck"....

We were worried that it would be hard to contain Kaitlyn and that the baby might get fussy. We were wrong! All Kaitlyn needed was lots and lots of friends and food and she was good to go. The baby slept for the majority of the time and did really well in the cold weather. We had such a good time with great friends and their kids that we can't wait till next year!!!

Go STATE!

Ava..literally with her face in the bugles snack mix! yum!

the guys!
The Russell's hosted an awesome party at their house afterwards! And Laura was the resident photographer :)

All the kids scored with the green and white balloons!

..and then Kaitlyn accidentally let go of hers ;(
but suckers make everything better!

until next year!!!

October fun!

The weather has been down right cold so we are dusting off our warm clothes and getting ready for the cold months! I realized that we have no really warm hats for infants and had to borrow one for our weekend activities..Look at this cute hat that Marianna used to wear?!

I got an awesome Halloween card from my friend Melissa ~ I lOVE getting mail!!!

Aunt Kathy is visiting from Arizona and met McKenna for the first time!
