We have been planning to go to the Zoo Boo for so long now - I was so excited this past weekend that it was finally here! The Zoo Boo is a family friendly event that the Detroit Zoo hosts each year that includes a 1/2 mile walk around the decorated zoo complete with treat stations and pumkin carvings everywhere!
The expectation is that you stay on the path with everyone so as you can imagine...it was somewhat difficult for me! I am going as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz this year but it was pretty cold and my shoes didn't fit so the costume didn't really work out !!!

Before the Zoo Boo, we decorated our pumkins for the front porch..this is the most of my costume you will see!

Oh my goodness! She looks adorable! I have always wanted Taylor to be Dorothy, but she won't do it. I guess I'll have to get Samantha to be Dorothy next year before she says no too!

Oh I forgot to say, our zoo has an event just like that and it's called "Boo at The Zoo!" haha so similar!
